As of 6 PM, combined power outages in Allegany and Garrett Counties had dropped to under 100.
Potomac Edison reports bigger numbers in West Virginia, with about 1000 in Mineral County, 2000 in Hampshire County, 900 in Hardy County and 500 in Grant County.
For many of the outages, heavy snow brought branches over tree limbs which disrupted power.
