Several power outages are affecting the local area, knocking out power to appoximately 1292 customers. According to a Potomac Edison representative, the main areas of the outages are in South Cumberland, Wiley Ford, and the Little Orleans area. Schools have been affected as well, with John Humbird School and Lighthouse Academy cancelling school.
