Allegany County Emergency Management reports a power outage in the lower LaVale/Narrows area including parts of Cumberland. An estimated 600 customers without power including residences and businesses in the Centre and Mechanic Street area. Potomac Edison crews are on the scene and the company estimates power should be restored by 1PM
