Potomac Edison crews are responding to a power outage that has affected 2360 customers in Cumberland.
The outage is affecting at least the West Side of the city.
The utility is hoping to have power restored by 12:30 AM.
UPDATE: Local officials believe the problem is with a transformer.
UPDATE: Power was restored by 9:35 PM.
