The outpouring of support for Gov. Larry Hogan since his June announcement that he is fighting cancer includes that of President Barack Obama. Hogan's Facebook page posted a handwritten note from the Democratic president this week, wishing the Republican governor a full recovery. A major positive turn for Governor Larry Hogan in his fight against cancer. Hogan tells The Washington Post 95 percent of his cancer is gone. Obama had campaigned for Hogan's opponent, Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown, in last year's election. But the president met Hogan along with other incoming governors at the White House shortly after the Hogan's upset victory.
