A prisoner on death row at the North Branch Correctional Institution has died of what appears to be natural causes.
60 year old John Booth El was found dead in his single cell Sunday morning. He was convicted in the 1983 double murder of Irvin and Rose Bronstein.
Phyllis Bricker is the daughter of the Bronsteins, and kept nearly all of the paper work surrounding the case…
Bricker made her comments to WBAL Radio four years ago.
