Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby has filed a motion that would prohibit defense counsel from releasing evidence in the upcoming cases again six police officers accused in the death of Freddie Gray.
Mosby had requested a gag order in the case, a move that was rejected by the judge on procedural grounds.
