Pyles to speak at Jonah Edward Kelley Awards

Retired Maryland State Police major and newly appointed director of the Allegany County Emergency Services James R. Pyles will be the guest speaker March 29 at the annual Jonah Edward Kelley Awards Assembly. Pyles is a Mineral County native and graduate of Frankfort High School who spent 30 years serving as a Maryland State Police officer, retiring with the rank of major in 2015.  The Kelley Award program will be held Friday, March 29, at the Church-McKee Arts Center. Nominees for the 2019 award are Jacob Biser, Kaden Garland and Jackson White.
