Ravens, Flacco Reach New Deal

The Baltimore Ravens have reportedly signed QB Joe Flacco to a restructured deal that adds three years to the contract, and will pay Flacco a $40 million signing bonus.

The deal actually saves the team money under the salary cap, with $6 million coming this year.  The relief helps immediately because the team used the franchise tag on kicker Justin Tucker.
