In an exclusive interview with WBAL TV Baltimore Ravens team owner Steve Bisciotti talked publicly for the first time since the Monday release of a graphic video of Ray Rice assaulting his ten fiancé in an Atlantic City casino elevator. Although the second, more damning video of the incident came out just this week, Bisciotta was asked why the team didn’t have a stronger reaction to the first tape, which showed Rice dragging his unconscious girlfriend from the elevator. He admitted that the team was wrong not to respond in a more firm manner, but said at the time all of the facts of the incident hadn’t been made clear…
