On Thursday at 10:00 pm, officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 600 block of Second St. for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers made contact with the complainant who advised that Robert Vincent, age 23, of Rawlings was creating a disturbance. Officers located Vincent at another address where he was still creating a disturbance. Officers also learned that prior to them locating Vincent he was kicking the door at the residence which caused the lock to break. Officers arrested Vincent and transported him to the Cumberland Police Department. Vincent was charged on Criminal Citations for Malicious Destruction of Property under $1000 and Disturbing the Peace, and released pending trial in District Court.
