Red Cross Facing 15 Year Low

WBAL reports the American Red Cross is facing a critical shortage in blood supplies. Nationally, the supply for hospitals has not been this low for about 15 years. Locally, it's much the same picture. Doug Lent, a Red Cross of  Maryland spokesman says the storms and hot weather have hammered the Red Cross, along with the usual summer shortage.
