The latest polling shows Marylanders evenly divided on whether to make same sex marriage legal in the November 6 referendum. A poll commissioned by the Baltimore Sun also shows that 54% of voters are opposed to further expansion of gambling. Maryland voters are evenly divided on the Dream Act, the law that would give some illegal immigrants access to in-state tuition rates. Voters also appear evenly split on the issue of the gerrymandering of Congressional districts.
