WBAL reports pump prices are going down and at least one analyst sees the average per gallon continuing the trend going into the summer driving season. The average for regular around Cumberland- including Sheetz and Martins- was $3.98. Patrick DeHaan of marylandgasprices.com said the recent lackluster report on job growth in the U.S. is likely the most important factor in the drop. The other reason is that oil inventories are up.
