Wilmot, for more than a year, has been complaining about what he believes is an operation that is failing on many levels. If he feels there are “myriad of problems” at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. Maybe instead of using all his time and energy going to the Mayor and City Council he should use it down at the shelter helping fix what he think is a “myriad of problems” .

This really doesn’t state what issues this man had with
Animal Shelter. I did call the Animal Shelter once
about stray cats in our neighborhood. and. was
upset with the fact that I was told that I. had to catch
these stray cats myself and that. I. had to pay a re-
fundable. deposit. On a cage. to catch cats.
