With the possibility of a zoning change coming to the Johnson Heights area, some residents there have concerns with how the neighborhood might be impacted. Plans being considered by the Cumberland Mayor and City Council would re-zone the property that formerly housed the Memorial Hospital building so that businesses could set up shop there. City Administrator Jeff Rhodes said that he didn’t really anticipate any proposals for retails operations there, but more likely medical offices or senior facilities…
