My wife and I are very excited to learn that there is still an opportunity to revitalize and preserve the Footer Dye Works building. My wife is the Great Gradndaughter of Thomas Footer and of course would love nothing better than to see the building renovated. We had the privilege to visit Cumberland several years ago, before they tore the sawtooth buildings down. Hopefully the last remaing building can be saved.
