On October 21, 2016 the Cumberland Police served two Bench Warrants for Violation of Probation on Chasity Lynn Kesner. One of the bench warrants was for violation of probation on an original charge of CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana. The second bench warrant was for violation of probation on an original charge of Theft: Less $1000 Value. Kesner was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on a total bond of $15,000. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending her next appearance in District Court.
