The City of Cumberland Engineering Department would like to notify the public on behalf of Shaffer Construction a contractor for Columbia Gas of Maryland that beginning Thursday October 3, 2019 parking will be restricted on Bedford St from Eichner Ave to Lowell Ave to allow for asphalt patch repairs.
