Navigating traffic in Cumberland during rush hour has proven somewhat challenging in the last few months with a number of road and street repair projects underway. Callers to WCBC have complained of long waits, backed up traffic and limited alternate routes available. Several of the projects are being contract by Columbia Gas, Cumberland City Administrator Jeff Rhodes said that they are necessary projects but unfortunately they will cause some delays for another month or so…
