On 7/29/2011 at 0059 hours the MSP Hagerstown barrack was dispatched to an armed robbery at the AC&T convenience store located at 11079 Big Pool RD, Big Pool MD. A white male observed on surveillance footage appeared to be approximately 5’6” tall with a thin build. He was wearing a blue bandana, tan t-shirt, and blue jeans. The suspect informed the 3 employees to go behind the counter. He then handed an employee a plastic ‘wal-mart’ bag, and displayed a portion of a hand gun that was partially concealed in the waist band of his blue jeans. The suspect then fled the store and headed east on foot with $115.02 in small denominations. It’s believed that the suspect then drove from the scene, at this time we do not have a vehicle description. MSP is continuing the investigation.
