While there have been a smattering of negative comments from some of the affected residents- for the most part the proposed Rolling Mill project is moving forward and has been generally well received. The project, developed by the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation and its consultant the Sage Group, calls for more than 60 properties to be demolished to make way for commercial development opportunities.
