A Saturday afternoon accident sent Nathan L. Owens to the hospital in Winchester. Owens was operating a 1991 Toyota on eastbound U.S. 50 near Hampshire High School when he wrecked. He was pinned beneath the vehicle until he was freed by firefighters from Romney and Augusta.
