Traffic changes are coming on U.S. Route 220/Greene Street at Interstate 68 as a Maryland State Highway Administration construction project enters its final phase. SHA shifted traffic last night into this morning. A spokesman for the State Highway Administration detailed the new traffic route to be used during this final phase of construction.
