The Safe Streets Program is conducting a new Warrant Initiative to begin Monday, September 23 and concluding Friday, September 27, 2013.
The Cumberland Police Department’s Safe Streets Program is requesting citizens, and residents of surrounding communities, to assist in the apprehension of numerous individuals wanted for various criminal activities.
The Safe Streets Operation is seeking your help in locating the following sixteen (16) individuals on open arrest warrants.
Bo William Palmisano – 25 year old from Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Court Sentencing on Controlled Dangerous Substance Violation
Timothy Hart Winkler –29 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Theft charge
Robert Martin Barrett – 32 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Violation of Probation Warrant
Julia Louise Boyette – 22 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Arrest Warrants for Failure to Appear on Theft, Controlled Dangerous Substance Violations, and Bad Checks charges. Traffic related Warrant and Contempt Warrant
Misty Dawn Jenkins – 36 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Theft and Failure to Appear Warrant for Disorderly Conduct
Paige Tresa Shingler – 21 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Disorderly Conduct
Rachael Erin Twigg – 21 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Disorderly Conduct
Shawn Patrick Tallman – 21 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Hit and Run Warrant
Tiffany Joseph Busch – 25 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Two (2) Violation of Probation Warrants
James Richard Lease –28 year old of Westernport, Maryland – Theft of Motor Vehicle Warrant
Randy Lee Iliff – 21 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Controlled Dangerous Substance Violations
Jeffrey Mark Beard Jr. –28 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Violation of Probation Warrant
Mark Douglas Smith – 44 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Violation of Probation Warrant
Darrell Thomas Soules Jr. – 28 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Domestic Assault Warrant
John Edward Stottlemyer III – 22 year old of Cumberland, Maryland – Failure to Appear Warrant for Theft
