C3I and Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant Saturday night on Keith August Palmisano, Jr., age 29, of Cumberland. Palmisano was held on $40,000 bond. Charges against him include attempted robbery, 2 counts of second degree assault, trespassing, and first degree burglary.
