During the most recent Maryland Board of Public Works meeting, Governor Larry Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot took Interagency for School Construction head Dr. David Lever to task for project costs that are spiraling out of control throughout the state, while some students are forced to learn in classrooms with no climate control.
Comptroller Franchot was disturbed that state funds could not be used to purchase window air units…
