As a result of repairs by Potomac Edision, Allegany County Administrator David Eberly announced that on Wednesday and Thursday this week, Kelly Road will be closed from Beall Street to Springfield Blvd. Flaggers will be in place and a detour route will need to be followed for the duration of the closure….
