4:30 PM UPDATE: Sources at the scene say the suspect is in custody.
INITIAL REPORT:
Eyewitnesses tell WCBC News that a standoff is in progress at the Keyser Branch of Chessie Federal Credit Union.
Keyser Police, Mineral County Sheriff's Deputies, and West Virginia State Police are on the scene. The Mineral Daily News Tribune is that a woman with a firearm is reportedly in the branch, but that's not been confirmed.
