Maryland US Senator Ben Cardin has introduced a resolution which calls on President elect Donald Trump to follow precedent and convert his assets to simple, conflict-free holdings, adopt an independent blind trust, or take other measures to comply with provisions set out to prevent conflict of interest in the Constitution.
