Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) made a floor speech expressing strong support of a Republican resolution of disapproval against new Environmental Protection Agency regulations meant to curb certain toxic emissions from coal power plants.
Manchin commented that West Virginia has the highest percentage of those who serve, and that the government shouldn't work against them.
