A man wanted for a series of burglaries in Allegany County is now behind bars after C3I apprehended him Friday. Kenneth Blubaugh Jr., 31, of Frostburg is accused of allegedly robbing a number of businesses. Blubaugh was charged with ten counts of burglary and nine counts of theft. Blubaugh is being held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $75,000 bond.
