Several members and staff with the Cumberland Police Department were honored at an event at City Hall on Tuesday evening. Patrolman Jeffrey Fairly was named officer of the year, Cpl. D.J. Jenkins, the Top Gun award winner, and Patrolman First Class Bronson Becker, DUI arrest award winner.
