Sheriff Presents Plaques Of Appreciation

June 8th, 2016 by WCBC Radio

With the heroin and opioid epidemic showing no signs of slowing down- the Allegany County Sheriff's office earlier this year partnered with the local health department to help spread awareness of growing problems in the region by hosting a series of town hall meetings.  Dozens of overdoses are being reported each week in the county- and all too many of them are fatal cases.
