For the first time in recent years, there are no vacancies at the Western Maryland Railway Station and Shops at Canal Place. That news was part of the monthly report from executive director Dee Dee Ritchie during Tuesday’s regular monthly meeting of the Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority. A number of current tenants have relocated at the Train Station but the biggest news was the announcement that the Morguen Toole Company- a restaurant based in Somerset County has signed a lease agreement to locate at Canal Place. …
