Should Allegany County Government Vehicles Fill Up In West Virginia?

Should Allegany County government fill up its vehicles in West Virginia to save money?  That question is being pondered by Commissioner Mike McKay, who says that is what he will do with his own business.  McKay said the idea came from a constituent and staff now needs to determine its practicality.
