Another skier has died in an accident at the Wisp in Garrett County. Curt Robert Winkelvoss, 38, of Upper Arlington, Ohio died Friday afternoon when he struck a tree. Winkelvoss was killed on the Squirrel Cage slope, the same slope where a Maryland man died in January.
