Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley, House Speaker Michael Busch and Senate President Mike Miller at a Friday morning press conference will release details of the planned special session to expand The session would involve expanding gambling to allow table games like blackjack and to approve a casino in Prince George’s County. Although not officials, indications are that members of the House and Senate are being asked whether they can be available on Aug. 8. While not always agreeing on all of the various elements of the proposed gaming expansion- Senate President Miller and Speaker Busch do agree that the issue must go to the voters, preferably this fall…
