Spring officially arrived last week and the Mid-Atlantic region watched gas prices go nowhere. Nationally, pump prices remain relatively stable, with today’s national average price for regular unleaded gasoline holding at $2.29 per gallon. Today’s average price is the same as one week ago, but has moved up fractions of a penny compared to last monthMaryland’s average cost is mirroring the national average at $2.29 a gallon, reflecting a one cent decline from last week. The state average is two cents higher from a month ago and 26 cents higher than last year on this date. In Cumberland the price stands at $2.39, down one cent from last week
