State Delegate Says State Of The State Address Lacking What Middle Class Wanted To Hear

State Delegate Bill Frick says Governor Larry Hogan's State of the State address last week was lacking a lot of what the Maryland’s middle class wanted to hear. The Montgomery County lawmaker says that while the Republican's speech was conciliatory toward Democrats, it didn't go where Frick would have wanted. Frick said he was  hoping that Hogan would talk about college affordability and retirement security and matters of importance to the state’s working class- and he didn’t hear a lot of that…
