State Police LaVale Barrack Razed

August 7th, 2019 by WCBC Radio

Contractors have razed the former Maryland State Police Barrack in LaVale.

The barrack officially closed last autumn, with a decommissioning ceremony.  Soon, contractors will clear the remainder of the site and construct a replacement facility.

Officially known as the Cumberland Barrack, the local headquarters has been relocated to Mexico Farms during the interim.
