During the 4:00 PM hour Sunday, torrential rains hit the area of Garrett and Preston Counties.
These photos were taken at around 4:30 PM at Stemple Ridge, which is located near Aurora, a short distance from the southwestern corner of Garrett County.
Although there were no tornado warnings posted, the area was under a Severe Thunderstorm Warning at the time. There were reports of drainage flooding in southern Garrett County, as well.
