Cumberland Policemen were called to Allegany High School after an incident Monday.
ACPS released the following statement:x
This afternoon in a tech ed class at Allegany High School, a student discharged a nail gun injuring another student in the arm.
This student is being charged with assault by the Cumberland City Police Department and is being disciplined in accordance with the Board of Education's policy on student discipline.
