Mr. Moran earned his Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood/elementary education and his Master of Education degree in administration and supervision, both from Frostburg State University. He began his career in ACPS in 2002 as a fifth grade teacher at South Penn Elementary School.  Moran has also served as a Title I teacher, an elementary math specialist, and most recently as the assistant principal at Mt.
