On July 09, 2019, members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task, assisted by the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force, Maryland State Police Gang Enforcement Unit, Cumberland Police Department, Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, and the Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack, conducted a joint crime suppression initiative in the South End area of Cumberland. Harley was initially held without bond at Allegany County Detention Center. Following a District Court hearing, Harley’s bond was reduced to $25,000.
