Thousands Across Region Remain Without Power

Allegany County Emergency Management Director Dick Devore commenting on the storm that hit the east coast and battered western Maryland. Three days after storms tore across the region- thousands remain without power, and service may not be completely restored until after the holiday in some cases. The bulk of the damage was in West Virginia, Washington and Virginia and Maryland suburbs. A spokesman for Potomac Edison said that work will continue non-stop until power is restored…
