Three Arrested On Outstanding Warrants

     On 6/5/15, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office arrested the following individuals on outstanding arrest warrants:

Elias John Fuller Wilkinson Sr. (52 years old, Cumberland) - three (3) warrants in reference for (1) failure to appear on a Violation of Probation (ordered held without bail), for (2) Obstructing and Hindering (ordered held on $3,000) and for (3) Uttering Bad Check/Theft over $1,000 and under $10,000/Theft Scheme over $1,000 and under $10,000 (ordered held on $3,000).

James Leroy Whitacre Jr. (34 years old, Cumberland) – wanted for Obstructing/Hindering, Theft Less than $1,000 and False Statement to a Police Officer.  He was ordered held on $4,000

Nathan Michael Tallman (18 years old, Cresaptown) – wanted on one hundred and twenty eight (128) counts of Theft/Theft Scheme/Tampering with motor vehicle/possession of burglary tools/Rogue and Vagabond/Contributing to the Condition of Child and other related charges.  He was ordered held on $15,000.  Following an investigation by the Sheriff's Office into thefts from vehicles in Bowling Green and Cresaptown beginning during the early morning hours of Sunday 5/31/15 through the evening of Monday June 1, Tallman and two juveniles were apprehended in the area after a neighbor observed them tampering with a car in the Cresaptown area.  Several items were recovered from the three suspects and positively identified by the victims.  The juveniles were referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.  The investigation is continuing the Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who may have had their vehicle entered and not reported it yet, to contact the Sheriff's Office @ 301-777-1585.
