With only three candidates having filed to run for two seats that are up for election on the Allegany County School Board- there was no need for a primary with all three automatically placed on the November General election ballot. In the coming weeks WCBC News will be providing interviews with the candidates. Tammy Fraley, Loralee Farrell and incumbent Nick Hadley are on the ballot. Ed Root chose not to seek another term. In part one WCBC talked with candidate Fraley. It will be her second run for the board, having finished out of the running in the 2014 primary. She says establishing fiscal stability is one of her top priorities:
