Three Men, Two Juveniles Arrested After Breaking And Entering

On Friday night at around 10:30 officers with the Cumberland Police Dept responded to a vacant residence located in the 200blk of Emily St in reference to a possible breaking and entering complaint. Upon arrival Officers contacted the complainant who stated that they heard several subjects in the rear of the property and upon walking down the street observed them inside the residence on the second floor. Officers observed the residence as one recently purchased by the City of Cumberland with boarded doors and windows. Officers made entry into the residence where they found three adult males and two juvenile females. The male subjects were identified as 19 year old Timothy Baker, 24 year old Daniel Gomer, and 20 year old Patrick Martin Jr. all of Cumberland. All five subjects were placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters where they were each charged with one count of Fourth Degree Burglary. The juveniles were referred to the Department of Juveniles Services for disposition and released to a guardian. The adult males were transported for an initial appearance at District Court and all were released on their personal recognizance pending their next court appearance.
