The Cumberland Police Department is currently investigating the following missing person cases. The Department is seeking the public’s help in locating these individuals. If anyone has any information regarding the below listed missing persons please call the Cumberland Police Department at 301-777-1600.
Subject #1
Mandy Nichole Bowman, age 21, white, female, 5 foot one inch tall and weighing 100 lbs. She has blond hair and green eyes. She was last seen in the area of Lafayette Avenue on February 18, 2016.
Subject #2
Kelsey Nicole Plumley, age 16, white, female, 5 foot 2 inches tall and weighing 118 lbs. She has blond hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen in the area of Sedgwick Street on March 8, 2016.
Subject #3
Christopher Tilson, age 15, white, male, 6 foot 3 inches tall and weighing 180 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on W. Third Street on March 9, 2016.
